HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO ASSEMBLE OUR SOFA-BED FRAMES?
Our frames come with clearly written instructions on how to assemble and operate your sofa bed frame. Some frames use a simple allen key (hex wrench) for assembly which is provided when necessary. Others frames may require common household tools, such as a Philips head screwdriver or rubber mallet. In no case are power tools required.
WHAT METHOD OF WHOLESALE SHIPMENT IS EMPLOYED?
Fy Lifestyle ships its products via designated F.O.B. local warehouse. Self-pickup is also welcomed.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF PRICING?
Any open customer account is subject to credit approval. Pricing is based on F.O.B. designated warehouse guidelines. All orders are subject to Fy Lifestyle's acceptance.
WHAT DIRECT CONTAINER PROGRAMS ARE AVAILABLE?
We have an extensive Direct Container Sale Package program for customers that are interested.
IS THERE ANY PRIVATE LABEL PROGRAM AVAILABLE?

HOW ARE DAMAGED SHIPMENTS HANDLED?
Any claims of damaged or lost merchandise must be made against the freight carrier. Before signing the freight bill, the number and condition of the boxes must be checked. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.
HOW IS DEFECTIVE AND RETURNED MERCHANDISE HANDLED?
Manufacturer defects or missing parts must be claimed within 60 days upon receipt of merchandise. We will supply parts for most defective merchandise within 2-4 weeks upon claim. Returns, exchanges and deductions require pre-authorization by Fy Lifestyle. Merchandise must be returned in their original boxes, with all pieces intact. Customer-damaged, sold, or floor-sample products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. A 15% restocking fee will be charged upon return of undamaged goods.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?
A minimum of three (3) SKUs must be ordered.
